TRACKING SYSTEM SNAPSHOTS
Above is a snapshot of the GOALS section of the tracking system that comes with this program:

Arrow #1: This column shows the user's Beginning Fitness Level. The line descriptions are on the left
starting with Curl Ups, etc. Some numbers are entered, others are calculated automatically.

Arrow #2: Here you see the averages for the user's age group. You can see that his beginning waist
measurement, weight, and body fat were
below the average for his age group.

Arrow #3: Here are the GOALS that the user has set.

Arrow #4: This column calculates the difference between the user's beginning condition and the GOAL.
For example the GOAL is to lose 4 inches on the waist and lose 15 pounds of fat.

Arrow #5: This column shows the user's current statistics.

Arrow #6: This column calculates how much measurements have improved to date. At the top of the
chart you can see that the user has been using the system for 90 days. For example, the waist has shrunk
3 inches, and he's lost 11.4 pounds of fat. The
GREEN numbers show what percentile the user is in. You
can see that he has moved into the 80th and 91st percentile for key measures.

Arrow #7: This column shows what percent of the GOAL the user has achieved.

Above is a snapshot of the PROGRESS section of the tracking system:

This section shows updated actual results every 10 days, and projects how numbers will improve
until the GOAL is met.

In this case the user entered his beginning measurements on July 19. It is now October 17. The
"Weeks Completed" shows that he has been on the program for about 13 weeks. At the top it
shows how much his measurements have dropped so far, and what percent of his GOAL reduction
he has accomplished. For example his WEIGHT has dropped 13 pounds, which is 76% toward the
GOAL. At the bottom of the chart for the dates in the future (after October 17) the system has
calculated how the measurements are PROJECTED to improve based on his past performance. For
example he is projected to achieve his GOAL WEIGHT on November 26. The report shows that that
is 40 "DAYS FROM TODAY".
